Формат очень сжатый: короткие эссе на пару-тройку страниц. Помогает понять не только сами отношения глав государств, но и то, как их видят историки из разных стран и субдисциплин. Советую, если ищете, что бы почитать экспертного, но не очень напряжного про Холодную войну.
